To say that I'm passionate about safety and the safety culture would be an understatement. Having a diverse background has taught me the value of cultivating and maintaining a robust safety culture. My experience is in safety training, leadership, and management.

After serving 13 years in the United States Marine Corps as an M1A1 Abrams tank commander and staff Non-Commissioned Officer, I worked for roughly 10 years with one of the nation's largest equipment rental companies.

While working in the equipment rental business I wore several hats. As an outside sales representative, my goal was to establish lifelong contacts in both the construction and industrial sectors. In addition to outside sales, I was the main equipment trainer for our area and trained hundreds of clients on various types of equipment ranging from backhoes, excavators, boom and scissor lifts, and different types of forklifts.
